Cancellations
Cancellations received up to and including 31/1/05 will receive a full refund less a £100 administration charge. Regrettably, cancellations received after 1/2/05 will receive NO refunds.

Substitute delegates will be considered for approval, provided CSCT Events receive a minimum of 14 days notice.

CSCT Events will give 7 days notice and a full refund if an event is cancelled.

Invoicing
Please note that an invoice can only be raised if an official purchase order is sent with your booking form. Invoices must be paid within 28 days.

Early booking discount
Booking forms must reach CSCT Events by the date specified to qualify for the discount.

Early booking discount places are limited.
